Ready to go live, what happens then?
Manager's Introduction - Rollouts can be tricky, but not with us. When you're ready, we schedule a manager's introduction session. Your Customer Success Specialists (CSS) will guide you through the system based on your setup to ensure managers are well-prepared for the transition.
Knowledge Base - You have full access to our Knowledge Base, with detailed text and video guides.
Product Updates - Every third week, we'll send you a product update via email, presenting all the latest news.
Your CSS - You'll maintain your CSS contact for ongoing training on features and best practices. For any day-to-day inquiries, you have unlimited access to our support.
