Requirements
- Titles and organisational structure in Hailey must align with roles, employee categories, and the organisational setup in Quinyx.
- An additional field for employment is created in Hailey to enable connection to contract templates in Quinyx.
- Employee numbers should match across systems, and positions in Hailey need to correspond to the correct contracts in Quinyx.

How does the integration work?
The integration uses Hailey HR's webhook, Employee API, and the Quinyx API to retrieve, transform, and update information from Hailey to Quinyx for the most recently changed employee records.
The synchronisation schedule between Hailey and Quinyx can be customised, though we recommend a maximum frequency of once every 5 minutes.
