Before you start
If the software you use connects through Merge, Hailey is available as a supported integration. The software provider can use Merge to securely connect and sync data with Hailey without building a direct integration. Merge handles authentication and data exchange between the systems.
How does it work?
The integration is API based. How often data is retrieved depends on how the connected product has set up its Merge connection — that's configured on their side. It can vary between different systems built on Merge.
