Before activating the integration
- Administrator access is required in both Hailey and Fortnox.
- Requires payroll license in Fortnox.
- All employees to be synchronized must have an employment number and company email in Hailey.
- Employment number in Hailey must match Employment ID in Fortnox.
- All relevant fields in Hailey included in the integration (see below) must contain correct data.
How does the integration work?
Every hour a sync between Hailey and Fortnox starts based on the changes made. This means that if a change has been made to an employee linked to the employee data, this information will be updated. If a salary is changed or added (with a start date after a specified date - which you decide), the employee's absence will be updated in Fortnox.

- Employment data: Work phone, Company email, Date of joining, Last day of employment, Employment number, Salary
- Personal data: Name, Personal identity number, Phone, Adress details, bank details
