Gradual digitalization of the HR journey

The Media Family corporate group consists of 6 companies with a total of 160 employees. Over the past few years, the group has undertaken significant changes in its HR strategy, focusing on performance management. "In year 1, we introduced goal-setting and performance talks, as well as one-to-ones into the system. In year 2, we integrated salary reviews and now, in year 3, we have started with the first 360 degree review," explains Emma Lindberg, Chief Human Resource Officer.
