We love AI - when used the right way!
We always prioritize safety first, which is why we only use AI for generative purposes, not for decision-making.
Opportunities and Risks
Since HR data and HR processes are highly sensitive, there is a high risk in using AI for HR matters and within HR processes.
According to the AI Act, AI in HR processes is considered high risk, as it can be challenging to understand how AI arrives at conclusions and decisions. This makes it difficult to ensure that decisions are not based on incorrect grounds, such as prejudice or other forms of "bias."
That said, we love AI - when used the right way. In Hailey, we use AI exclusively for generative purposes, not for decision-making.
