Opportunities and risks
HR data is so sensitive that, according to the AI Act, using AI in HR processes is considered high risk. This is because it’s difficult to understand how AI reaches its conclusions. At present, it’s not possible to guarantee that decisions aren’t made based on incorrect factors, such as biases.
That said, we value using AI when it’s done the right way. For this reason, we’ve chosen to implement AI in Hailey solely for generative purposes.
AI in Hailey
You decide whether to activate AI in your Hailey account. Our AI features can help you:
- Create templates for contracts and documents.
- Generate templates for feedback and 360° reviews.
- Design templates for employee surveys.
- Write job adverts for recruitment.
- Retrieve information, report on sick leave, or access contact details using our AI bot directly in Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- Transcribe notes from feedback sessions.
All you need to do is write a prompt or copy an existing template, and Hailey will handle the rest. You can then choose to edit the result or save it directly. The templates are structured with sections and questions, offering various response options to make configuration easier.
