Hailey HR's approach to accessibility is rooted in our design principle "Inclusive". We design for people as they actually are, not as we imagine them to be. Accessibility isn't about special adaptations; it's about building a product that works in the real world, whether you're sitting at a desk, standing on a bus, have a visual impairment, or simply having a stressful day.
We are working towards meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards. This is an ongoing commitment and we will continue to develop the product in line with the standard and feedback from real users.
