What does the integration do?
Personal data is automatically transferred from Teamtailor to Hailey when a candidate reaches the step you choose in the recruitment process. Once triggered, the candidate appears in Hailey's employee list and a task is created for the responsible manager to initiate the employment — making the transition from recruitment to onboarding seamless and GDPR-compliant.
Before you begin
- Administrator access is required in both Hailey and Teamtailor.
- Triggers must be activated in Teamtailor under Add-on features.
- A trigger must be set up individually for each job posting where you want candidates to be sent to Hailey.
- A default reviewer must be set in Hailey in case the reviewer assigned in Teamtailor doesn't exist in Hailey.
