Suptask
When an employee ticket comes in on Suptask, context about that person — job title, department and more — is pulled automatically from Hailey, right inside the Slack conversation.

Give your HR team the right context, without leaving Slack
Suptask is a service management tool for HR that runs directly in Slack — the HR team handles and responds to employee requests in the same Slack conversations the requests arrive in. The Hailey connection means Suptask automatically pulls context about the employee who submitted the request, so HR doesn't have to track it down manually mid-conversation.
Hailey 🖤 Suptask
Before activation
- A Suptask account is required, set up one through the "read more" link below.
- A Hailey account with the "View & edit – Integrations" right (Hailey administrators have this by default).
- Use a dedicated Hailey account for the integration rather than a personal one — otherwise the connection stops working if the person who created the token leaves or loses access.
- Authentication uses an MCP access token, generated for the integration user in Hailey.
How the sync works
This isn't a scheduled flow but a real-time lookup: when a new ticket comes in on Suptask, information about the employee who submitted the request is pulled directly from Hailey. The connection is read only — Suptask can only read from Hailey, never create or change anything there. The data isn't stored in Suptask — it's only shown to the HR team for as long as the ticket is active, and disappears once it's closed.
Data included
Employee data that can be pulled, for example:
- Job title
- Department
- Other metadata tied to the employee
