How the integration works
The integration pulls employee and employment information from Hailey HR and imports it into SoftOne GO. When you add a new user in Hailey, they're automatically created in SoftOne GO through the integration. Likewise, when someone leaves, their user account is automatically deactivated.
You can schedule the synchronisation to run multiple times a day—we recommend 1–3 times daily.
