New design!
The platform is growing, and to keep it nice and user-friendly, we need to rearrange things a bit. There's still some work to do, and our long-term goal is to transition completely to this design. Until then, you can choose whether to use the new design.
The new design is available in both light and dark mode 🌗.
Analytics: shared insights and customised dashboards
The analytics section has received a significant upgrade. Headcount, salary structure, absence patterns and "company at a glance" are still available as ready-made standard views. Easily filter out the information you need. Want to create your own dashboards? Now you can customise these yourself and decide who to share them with.
We handle all calculations, you choose how to visualise the results:
Create your own dashboards: Tailor which metrics you want to place side by side and how they should be visualised.
Share dashboards: Share specific key figures and dashboards with selected colleagues. When relevant data reaches the right people, the entire organisation works more fact-based and strategically.
This gives you better overview and deeper insights into your organisation's data!

Quiet hours for notifications
Better work-life balance: Now you can activate "quiet hours" to control when email notifications are not sent:
- Choose between which hours of the day Hailey should not send emails
- Notifications automatically adjust to the user's time zone based on location settings
- Certain important notifications disregard quiet hours, e.g. account-related messages and whistleblowing
Amounts in local format
We have implemented localisation of amount formats that adapt to your computer settings:
- Hailey retrieves your language & region settings and displays amounts accordingly
- Different formats for different regions (e.g. spaces as thousand separators in Sweden, dots in Germany)
- Applies to all places where salary amounts are displayed (not in contracts)
This is the first step in a three-step plan to adapt Hailey to localisation, with date and time formats coming next.

Import file for updating custom employment fields.
🚪 Custom fields in the candidate portal
You now have the option to add custom fields for secure information collection directly in the candidate portal.
⏰ Approve time off
Approval tasks for absences are now sent out even for past dates.

All languages available in the desktop version are now also available in the mobile app.
