Easter sprint wrap-up! 🐣

We're finishing the sprint just in time for the Easter weekend! In the mobile app, we now have several new useful features that are handy to have in your pocket, while in other areas we've enhanced both functionality and design.

Beyond this, we're currently working on two major focus areas – analytics and long-term absence. More on that soon!

Here's what we've released this time:

Mobile app

New tasks
  • Answer questions for 1-2-1 meetings directly via the mobile app. Works as usual, just more accessible for employees.
  • Sign off feedback notes from your phone.
Holiday planning

Perfectly in time for summer holiday planning! If you're included in a holiday planning group, the overview will be available on your homepage. You can see your own holiday, as well as colleagues included in the same holiday planning.

Documents

Reject contracts with comments

Reviewers can now send contracts back directly with clarifying comments to the contract creator. This streamlines the review process through clear communication about what needs fixing, shortens review time and creates a faster signing flow.

Automatic document sorting

We've introduced automatic sorting of contracts into the correct folders on the employee card. Configure the desired location once in the contract template, and all future documents from that template will automatically be placed in the right folder – saving time and ensuring consistent document management.

Surveys

  • New design on the response page for employees, simply a nicer experience!
  • Manager-specific filtering in survey results for more detailed insights.

Imports

We've expanded our import files to help long-term Hailey users easily take advantage of all new features. This makes it smoother to handle data in bulk.

  • Import employments You can now import parallel employments, particularly useful if you want to add employment history from before you started using Hailey.
  • Import salary information To fully utilise features and integrations linked to salary type, you can now easily bulk update salary types via the salary information import file.

Integrations

Crona

We've improved the Crona integration with support for employment history. New employments in Hailey are now automatically created in Crona.

How it works:

  • Choose start date for synchronisation via "Synchronise from"
  • Only employments after this date will be synchronised
  • Hailey controls all data after the start date
  • Synchronisation occurs hourly after the employee is created

Important: Activate "sync employments" and set the date. The older sync function without history will be phased out.

Hogia

Absence data is now sent daily instead of as periods, resolving previous issues with incorrect hours per day when absence is reported in hours.

GET Certifications - It's now possible to retrieve all certifications for a company.
