The integration provisions, updates and deactivates Okta accounts based on changes in Hailey. When a new employee is added and a company email is registered, their Okta account is created automatically. When they leave, it's deactivated. What happens in Hailey is reflected in Okta — so your access management stays accurate without anyone having to chase it.

What does the integration do?
Employee data is automatically transferred from Hailey to Okta every hour. Hailey serves as the reference, which means any discrepancies between the two systems will always resolve in favour of Hailey.
When a new employee is added in Hailey and a company email is registered, an account is automatically created in Okta. You can also enable decommissioning, which means employees without an active employment in Hailey are automatically deactivated in Okta — keeping your access management clean without manual follow-up.
Before you begin
- Administrator access is required in both Hailey and Okta.
- All employees to be synchronised must have a company email registered in Hailey.
- The integration covers employees with the employment status: Will join, In service, and Leaving.

- Street address, Postal code, City
