Requirements
To set up the integration, you’ll need administrator access to both Hailey and Netvisor.
How the integration works
Data is synced from Hailey to Netvisor every hour via API.
Included data
Since Hailey is the master system, any fields in Netvisor that are empty in Hailey will be cleared, except for the BIC, which Netvisor can generate from the IBAN.
Fields that are synced:
- First name and last name
- Personal identification number
- Date of birth (required if the ID is not Finnish)
- Gender (required if the ID is not Finnish)
- Company email
- Street address, postcode, and city
- Start date
- End date
- Job title
- Employment type
- Scope (employment)
- Employment number
- IBAN
- BIC
