What does the integration do?
Data is automatically transferred from Hailey to Kontek Lön every hour. Hailey serves as the reference, which means any discrepancies between the two systems will always resolve in favour of Hailey. Changes made in Hailey are reflected in Kontek Lön — without you having to maintain both systems manually.
You can also choose to include salary synchronisation, making Hailey the single source of truth for both HR and payroll data.
Before you begin
- Administrator access is required in both Hailey and Kontek Lön.
- Your organisation needs the Open API license module in Kontek Lön.
- All employees to be synchronised must have an employment number in Hailey that matches their employment ID in Kontek Lön.
- Personal identity number, employment type and a custom employment field (category) must be filled in for all relevant employees.
