The Hailey MCP Server lets any compatible AI tool work with your HR data right where you're already working. That means HR data can become a natural part of onboarding, workforce planning, and compliance — without manual exports, report pulling, or switching between systems.

Activate Open MCP under Settings → Integrations → Open MCP → Activate.
