Candeno chose Hailey to benefit managers and employees

Candeno is a Danish tech company developing a job search platform that delivers measurable results and creates a new everyday life for job seekers. Today they are 45 employees and for Johanne, the sole HR manager at Candeno, being able to gather everything in one place saves a great deal of time and gives her control over the data. With Hailey, Candeno now has a core HR platform in place that supports every function at the company, bringing efficiency and a good employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Even though Candeno is a relatively small company, they’ve grown a lot over the past year and a half. With a one-person HR department, Johanne felt the need to find a system that could centralize their existing processes and data.
