A secure and modern recruitment process

Balanco is increasingly centralising its HR processes on the Hailey platform. Currently, the focus is on digitising employment contracts and onboarding. The goal is to create a modern, fully digital employee journey from day one.

“Once onboarding and contracts are fully managed through Hailey, it will significantly improve efficiency. From a data security and GDPR perspective, this is also an excellent solution,” says Karoliina.

Next, Balanco plans to develop skills and competency tracking within the system. Training and certification management will be integrated into the same view, providing a clear picture of employee skills and development needs.
