- All employees to be synchronised have to belong to a legal entity in Hailey, as well as have a social security number & employment number from Hailey.
- Ensure that all employees intended for synchronisation with your payroll system have matching employment numbers in Hailey and your payroll system.
How does the integration work?
The integration offers a seamless transfer of user data from Hailey to Benifex. This means that if an employee's information has changed in Hailey, it will be updated in Benifex accordingly.
Data is synchronised once a day and can be customised to whatever interval is desired.

- Employment data: Work phone, Company email, Date of joining, Last day of employment, Employment number, Salary, Position, Legal entity, Vacation days
- Personal data: Name, Personal identity number, Phone, Private E-mail, Address details
