By integrating BeeLMS with Hailey, learning is connected directly to core people data. This strengthens employee engagement and retention, while keeping Hailey as the system of record.

How it works
To get started, customers need an active BeeLMS account. The integration is activated directly within the BeeLMS platform, where the necessary data access is granted as part of the setup. No additional configuration is required in Hailey beyond enabling the integration, making the setup straightforward and quick.
Once the integration is activated, employee and company data is securely synced at regular intervals, with a default sync every 60 minutes. The sync interval can be adjusted if needed.
BeeLMS can also listen to webhooks configured in Hailey, allowing updates to be reflected more quickly when changes occur.
Included data
The integration is designed with a data-minimisation approach and only uses the information required to provision users and learning units in BeeLMS.
Employee data used to create users in BeeLMS:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
Company and organisational data (used when applicable):
- Company name
- Department reference (BelongingToDepartmentId), stored as metadata when available
