Through the integration with Hailey, employee data syncs automatically between the two systems. It reduces manual admin, keeps data current, and makes sure the right people are always in place in Timeplan.

How it works
The integration runs via Twine and syncs data automatically when something changes in either system. If an employee is missing in Timeplan, the integration creates them — no manual registration needed.
You choose what gets synced, how fields are mapped, how often, and whether the flow is one-way or bidirectional.
A separate agreement with Twine is required to activate this integration.

- First and last name
- Personal ID number
- Employee number
- Contact details
- Employment type and rate
- Organisational structure (company, department, cost centre, etc.)
- Pay type
- Schedule and working hours
- Roles and positions
- Absence and leave
