Hailey 🖤 QBIS
How does the integration work?
- A scheduled job runs nightly for customers who have enabled the Hailey integration.
- The job retrieves employee information from Hailey through its API, including email address (used as the username), employment start date, last working day, department, and manager details.
- For each employee, the integration evaluates their employment status and organizational information and performs the appropriate actions.
Before activating the integration
- The customer must have an active Hailey account with a valid API key (generated from Hailey's side).
- The Hailey HR integration must be activated in QBIS Connect page.
- Employee data in Hailey needs to have Company Email or Private Email populated, as these are used as the QBIS username.
Data included
The integration retrieves employee information from Hailey HR and makes it available for synchronization with QBIS.
