How the integration works
- PayCaptain builds a custom integration workflow based on Hailey's open API, tailored to your needs.
- Data is pulled continuously over a 24-hour period – approximately every 4 hours. An extra sync can be triggered manually at any point.
- The integration is tested in a sandbox environment for accuracy and quality assurance before being merged into live production in PayCaptain.
Requirements to activate
- An active Hailey HR account
- A live and authorized API access token from a company admin in Hailey
- Admin access in PayCaptain to complete the setup
