How does the integration works?
Hailey and Palms are kept in sync automatically. Employees, manager relationships, and organisational structure are transferred from Hailey to Palms on a scheduled basis – multiple times per day depending on configuration. Training can be assigned dynamically based on role, department, or position. Onboarding and offboarding are handled automatically when employment status changes in Hailey.
Before activation
- An active account in both Hailey and Palms
- Administrator permissions in both systems
- API access enabled in Hailey
- The integration configured in Palms using your API credentials

What data is included?
- Employee data: Name, email, employee ID, employment status, start date, end date
- Organisational data: Department, role, position, business unit
- Structure: Manager relationships, organisational hierarchy, group memberships
