Outlook Calendar
Every time a full-day time off is approved in Hailey, it automatically shows up in the employee's Outlook calendar.
No more manually double-booking time off
The integration keeps the Outlook calendar up to date without anyone entering time off by hand. The event appears as "Out of Office" in the calendar, with a title you configure yourself.

How the sync works
The sync is triggered by approval — as soon as a full-day absence is approved in Hailey, the event is created in Outlook. Only approved full-day absences are synced; partial days aren't handled in this version. Data flows from Hailey to Outlook. If a time off entry is deleted in Hailey, the matching event is deleted in Outlook (for absences after the configured transfer date).
