Our founders
Henrik Jakobson, Peter Weibull and Kristofer Ericson founded Hailey after a frustrating search for an HR system for their staffing and recruitment company Bravura. When they couldn't find a solution that met their needs, they decided to build their own.

What is Hailey HR?
Hailey is an HR system that brings employee data, contracts and HR processes together in one place – from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, salary reviews and offboarding. HR works in the web app, while managers and employees mostly use the mobile app. Over 1,350 companies across Europe use Hailey today, from growing businesses to groups with multiple companies and countries.
Who owns Hailey HR?
Hailey HR is owned by Hailey HR AB, a privately held Swedish company headquartered in Stockholm. The founders Henrik Jakobson, Peter Weibull and Kristofer Ericson started the company in 2020 and remain the majority owners. The company is not publicly listed.
Is Hailey HR good?
Hailey suits organisations that want an HR system the whole organisation actually uses. Customers especially highlight the ease of use and the support, and Hailey is rated 4.7 out of 5 on G2. Hailey also handles groups with multiple companies and countries, is ISO 27001-certified and stores all data within the EU. Hailey is not a payroll system, but integrates with payroll systems such as Fortnox, Visma and Netvisor.
How much does Hailey HR cost?
The price depends on the number of active employees. Hailey is always sold as a complete solution that includes standard integrations and AI features. The cost consists of a monthly fee per active employee and a one-off implementation fee based on the organisation's size and needs. There is no minimum contract term.
