JobOffr is a platform for creating, sending, editing and signing employment agreements in your company's own branding. The agreement shows candidates the full compensation package, not just salary and vacation days, which helps you win candidates faster and reduces unnecessary salary drift.
Start from your existing agreement templates, add candidate and salary details, and send for signing with BankID. If something needs to change after sending, edit the agreement directly in the platform and send it again.

Before activation
- A JobOffr account is required. You can create one for free at joboffr.tech.
How the sync works
The integration is trigger-based. When an offer is to be sent to a candidate, the candidate's details are sent to JobOffr and a draft agreement is created from the chosen template. When the candidate signs, a signed PDF is generated and automatically sent back to Hailey.

- Candidate name
- Candidate contact details
- Job title
- Job description (if applicable)
- Start date
- Signed employment agreement (PDF, back to Hailey)
