How it works
Generate NAV's quarterly sick leave report directly from Hailey in the exact format required — broken down by quarter and gender. Before generating the report, you'll need to configure which absence types in Hailey correspond to egenmelding, legemelding, fravær ved barns sykdom, and andre typer permisjon.
Documents submitted via Altinn, such as sick leave certificates, are automatically retrieved, sorted, and stored in the correct employee's folder in Hailey — accessible directly from the employee profile.
Before you get started
To use the document sync, you'll need at least one employee folder set up in Hailey. You'll also need to grant Hailey access in Altinn by delegating the Sykmelding service to Hailey's organization number. Once that's done, contact your Customer Success Specialist with the organization numbers for the sub-units you want to include — this may take up to 48 hours.
