How the sync works
Data is retrieved on demand, whenever an employee's personal identity number is needed for expense reporting — not through a scheduled daily file transfer. Data flows from Hailey to Nordic Concur Connector.
Before activation
- An active Nordic Concur Connector subscription, connected through the SAP Concur App Center, is required.
- A Hailey API access token must be entered in Nordic Concur Connector.
- Employee IDs must match between the two systems — Hailey's employmentNumber must correspond to the Employee ID in Concur.

- Personal identity number
- Employment number (employmentNumber), used as the matching key
