FINN.no is Norway’s largest marketplace and home to the country’s largest job seeker audience. The integration adds FINN.no as a publishing channel in Hailey, so you can advertise there without recreating the ad.
Hailey makes sure every field FINN requires is included and filled in before the ad is published. You decide which ads go to FINN.no, one at a time.

Before activation
- A FINN account with a Partner ID. User reference is optional and appears as the reference on your FINN invoice.
- The recruitment module in Hailey and a published, active career page.
- Each job ad needs a location and a contact person.
- If salary is shown, the salary range must be in NOK, as annual salary or hourly rate.
- The integration is activated in Hailey under Settings → Integrations → ATS.
How the sync works
The sync runs from Hailey to FINN.no when you publish an ad via Actions → Publish on FINN.no. Hailey is the master system, so changes are made in Hailey and appear on FINN when the ad is published again. Changes made directly in FINN are not transferred back to Hailey. You can set a from and to date for the publication. FINN supports fewer formats than Hailey: headings become H3, links are not carried over and some text formatting may change. We recommend reviewing the ad once it’s published.
