The integration automatically sends employee information and salary data from Hailey to Entré – so the right data is always where it needs to be.

How does the integration work?
Hailey and Entré stay in sync automatically. Employees are matched via personal identity number – if the employee already exists in Entré, the records are linked without changing the employee number. New employees are created as inactive, giving the payroll team a chance to review and complete the record before activating it.
Salaries are transferred once approved in Hailey. Entré handles periods and history on its own.
Before Activating
- Employees to be synchronised need to belong to a legal entity in Hailey and have a personal identity number registered.
- The organisation number in Hailey must match the corresponding company in Entré.
- If salary types have different names in the two systems, set up a mapping in the integration settings.
What data is included?
- Employee data: Employee number, name, personal identity number, address, phone, email, start date, end date
- Salary data: Salary type name, from date, to date, amount
