Before activating the integration
- You need to have admin rights in both Entra ID and Hailey.
- Hailey's integration is tailored for cloud-based Entra and not for on-premise Active Directory.
How does the integration work?
- The integration creates users in Entra ID when they are created in Hailey with company email addresses using your domain.
- The integration enables automatic data transfer from Hailey to Entra ID.
- Hailey acts as the master, and during each synchronization, included data that doesn't have the same value in Hailey and Entra ID will be updated.
- Provides the ability to deactivate users in Entra ID who are not actively employed in Hailey.
- Synchronize once per hour.
