There is now more order and organization, which, in turn, has led to reduced time and lower costs. All information is now stored centrally in Hailey, enabling structured and secure management. They use Hailey's integration with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) but have also built their own integration via API.
"We now spend considerably less time managing accounts and licenses, which is a crucial factor in my role as IT manager. We have also reduced the risks associated with GDPR-related data previously circulated in various systems.
