With over 300 employees dispersed across various locations, the administrative load on Engström's HR department was substantial. HR Manager Tina Wallin and HR Specialist Anna Lindgren have now utilized Hailey's platform for just under a year. We discussed their experiences thus far.

She continues, "Working within the system is engaging and inspiring, which has driven us through the entire implementation process. Although it required some time, we were eager to leverage all the capabilities of the system. The more we integrate with Hailey, the better the outcomes."

Tina points out another critical aspect for tailoring the system to their organization:
"We maintain an open dialogue with the managers and continuously receive feedback on aspects they wish to add or modify. Fortunately, adjustments are quick and straightforward to implement."
