Insights from our onboarding workshop!

Before the summer, we held a workshop on onboarding in Stockholm, and we'd like to share the insights we got from there!

The workshop focused on preboarding and onboarding, both from the perspective of the company and the employees. We began with a presentation of our own methods at Hailey, followed by an interactive workshop where participants identified key activities for each step. We then brought all these activities into a workflow in Hailey – thus creating the ultimate process together.
