Apideck
Keep using the tools you already have — Apideck connects them to Hailey for you, without extra work from your vendor.

Connect more systems, without the extra work
Apideck connects Hailey with the other systems you already use — like accounting and finance, CRM and ecommerce. Your vendor builds the integration once, and Apideck handles authentication, connection management and keeps it working as APIs change over time. So if you start with employee data from Hailey, you can add more systems without starting over. Connectors are also exposed to AI agents through Apideck's MCP server and CLI, for vendors building agent-driven features on top of your HR data.
For Hailey customers, this means the software you already use can support Hailey without your vendor writing a Hailey-specific integration. If a vendor runs on Apideck, Hailey is one connection away.
Hailey 🖤 Apideck
Before activation
- You need an Apideck account. If you don't have one yet, start a free trial at apideck.com or talk to their team about your use case.
- On the Hailey side, connecting an account takes one credential: a personal access token, generated by a Hailey user with admin rights or the "View & edit – Integrations" permission. In Hailey, open the account menu in the bottom left, select Access tokens, name the token and generate it. Hailey shows the token once, so copy it straight away.
- Use a dedicated service account rather than a personal one. Tokens inherit the permissions of the account that created them and expire after one year; Hailey reminds admins one week and one day before that happens.
How the sync works
The integration is API based. There's no file transfer and no scheduled batch job. Apideck calls Hailey's API in real time whenever the connected product asks for data, so what comes back reflects what's in Hailey at that moment. There's no sync interval to configure and no window in which the two systems disagree. Products that prefer to be notified rather than to ask can subscribe to Apideck webhook events for employees created, updated and terminated. Hailey customers connect their own account through Vault, Apideck's built-in connection screen, which the vendor can white label so the customer sees the connection step as part of the product they already use.
Data included
Four resources are live today, all normalised to Apideck's HRIS data model so they arrive in the same shape as data from any other HR platform:
- Employees, including personal and employment details. Records can be read and created.
- Companies, the legal entities in the Hailey account.
- Departments.
- Time off requests.
