Fygë started out as a small charcuterie and food platter business in 2021. In the end of 2021 they've seen a huge demand from companies all around Helsinki and during 2022, Fygë elevated over 500 occasions, both private and corporate, with high quality, eye-catching catering solutions and served more than ten thousand people all around the capital.

Why did you choose to implement an HR system early in your company's journey? 


As Fygë grows, we recognized the need for an HR system that streamlines processes, reduces manual workload, and scales with us. We wanted a simple, user-friendly platform where our employees can easily access their employment information, track their progress, and have clear channels for feedback, communication, and all work-related information. 

  

Could you describe what value you saw in Hailey? 

The biggest value we found in the system is that it serves as a one-stop destination for employment information, salary tracking, working hours, leave requests, and more with a user-friendly nature that enhances the overall experience for both employees and management. The ability to conduct feedback sessions and one-on-one meetings through the system is invaluable for continuous employee development and engagement. 

To follow and track everyone's holiday requests, and working hours providing clear visibility and planning capabilities for the management. 
It was an additional plus for us that the system allows us to manage all work-related documentation such as contracts, certifications, driving licenses, hygiene passports, etc. in one place. 

 

How was your onboarding experience?

The onboarding process for the HR system took around a month, which was an ideal timeframe for us. It was neither too lengthy nor too rushed, allowing enough time for the setup and integration into our daily operations.  

The entire onboarding journey was well-structured and organized. Each phase was methodically planned, but still with flexibility to choose which feature should planned and implemented for the next meeting. 

The support provided by the customer success specialist was outstanding. Her expertise and guidance made the implementation process smooth and hassle-free. There was constant availability for support.  

Whenever we faced any challenges or had questions about implementing data into the system, assistance was readily available either in the platform or by our designated Hailey specialist.

The platform supports our goal to hire new talent with its built-in feedback and performance management features.  

We see that Hailey will help us more in the future with all the analytics provided which will help in planning and resource allocation as we grow.
